VN Others Completed Kira Kira [Overdrive]

Has anyone else had issues with the persistent saves? My file saves remain constant but everytime I close the game I lose access to the extras suite and all the text goes back to unread. Does anyone know a solution to this?

The extras in the main menu like scene replay, BGM player and CG viewer. I finished Sarina's route then i closed the game and when I opened it up a bit later to start a different route the game didnt recognise that I had read the common route text, viewed scenes or selected choices. Essentially when the game closes it loses track of all progress so you cant do things like skip previously read text .
