Others Koikatsu (Blender export)

So I exported my koikatsu model into blender and all of them have these issues
Theres a second model inside the export that shows through the colored model (The thing coming out her tit and under her eyes), It shows up all over her body.

Shadowcast is still there because im unable to delete it but i dont think its that from what i can tell
The hole model comes bound as one model

Does anyone know what it is and how to quickly get rid of it? (Manually deleting on every model takes way to long)

Not sure how much help I'd be for you since I'm still a blender noob but I've been playing around with kk models in blender a little bit.

I see from the pic that you have Cats plugin. Have you tried separating by materials in Cats? It might be a little easier to remove if you can separate whatever it is from the rest of the model.
