Good news!

That's right, there is a version of the Koikatsu avatar creator available for commercial use, called "V-Katsu"

It is available on Steam:

Here the use rights page:

Translated into English:

"For personal use only, movies and screenshots created with this service can be used for commercial purposes.

However, the following actions are prohibited.

· Analyze, extract and modify the data in this product.

· Redistribute data from products.

· Violation of the Japanese Constitution, criminal law, and civil law.

· Acts that impede the operation of the service of this service.

· Violation of public order, morality and speech behavior.

· Copyright infringement, privacy information and content that violates the right to portrait.

· Defamation Specific company, organization, country and ethnic behavior.

·Contents about politics, religion, thought, political organization, religious organization, etc.

· When we process video and images or use this service to judge it is inappropriate, sometimes we will contact you to stop using. "

Note:
However use it with description and caution, it is not a good idea to publish games on Steam using this graphics engine, and modifications to the "V-Katsu" may not be viewed with good eyes.

It's the char editor.

It's worthless though. You can only export 2D images and videos, not do any 3D stuff. And honestly, 2D belongs in the 1990s and there are tools that do a better job...

It's not completely worthless though... just mostly. :p The thread title is a bit misleading though...

There would be an explosion in the porn game space if Illusion opened one of their games...

LOL... wut?
