Koikatsu MMO?

Does someone know an actual MMO that uses cel-shading or a similar 3D to 2D art style like Koikatsu or those other games like DBZ, Naruto, etc. ?
I saw "NTR Online" and was disappointed that was just a singleplayer RPGMaker game.

Wait, you steal NPCs? I guess that counts. At least NPCs aren't fussy like real players pretending to be girls.

..players could also check her phone....to see if they gettin cucked....or not....

...created by other players?!! you just said the magic word. I'd be interested to have the files for this game for game design documentation to see how the servers or client to server handles custom NPC creation when allowed to roam free against other players which aren't hosts and those NPCs aren't hosted locally.
