Actually figured it out.
You have to have a single interaction of life before you do these three things:
Practice confessing to blue girl using her name. (First day)
Get fed by angry red eye girl. (Second day)
Get kissed by tall girl. (Third day)
After getting those endings confess to senpai as usual and you get the final ending.
this didnt seem to work for me, are you sure getting kissed on the third day is the trigger because that seems to happen outside of any choice?
A bit late but if i remember correctly you have to end the second day with only one life left.

I'd like a bit of clarification on two things from anyone here who's played the game, because it seems interesting but there's some things I can't abide:
1 - What's the deal with the NTR tag? Is it just because your character is intending to confess to someone else, or..?
2 - What's the reason the girls are deciding to try and prevent your character from confessing? Do they like him? Do they just think of it as a game so they're just doing it for fun? Are they doing it out of spite?

1. MC is trying to confess to his senpai, a library girl, and 3 other girls are making a bet on who can steal you first.
2. The ponytail girl, whom the MC previously confessed but was rejected, tried to show her friends how easy it is to steal MC away from his senpai but got rejected herself. So she's doing it out of spite while 2 of her friends think it's fun and joined the game.
Late, but after a bit of testing, It seems the only trigger is to not clear up the "Girlfriend" misunderstanding on day 2 by
1. Avoiding the library on day 2.
2. Not calling Shiori on night 2.
If when MC asks her to meet him in the library on final day and she mutters something about "earlier", you've got the ending.
I avoided all of the temptations I could on every day and still got this just by not clearing up the misunderstanding.

Still one thing I'm confused about on however which is... how does "getting raped and made to cum" result in "falling in love with them"? I mean, besides stockholm syndrome, anyways... Then again, it's a porn game, so not like logic matters very much.

They have dialogues in some defeat scenes explaining why he can't confess to his senpai anymore, like the ponytail girl will threaten him with sexual harassment charges if he doesn't follow her commands, or MC is so ashamed to have cummed simply from smelling a girl that he never mustered the courage to confess to his senpai in all his high school years. There are some funny ones as well and they have dedicated scenes and dialogues in the Gallary, e.g., MC cumming from a sudden kiss lol.
whenever I try to avoid the tall girl in day 1 still get 1 life taken, i tried the steps for the last ending yet still getting the regular ending not sure if i'm doing something wrong hence i'm always avoiding day 2 and night 2 from the senpai so every run i do is this:
Blue haired: 0/1 affection= either telling her name or telling your senpai.
red eyes: 1/2 affection= blowjob and get fed from day 2.
tall girl: 2 affection= day 1 encounter and kiss from day 3.
