When 1 out of 98 virus/malware checking vendors pops a positive --- that pretty much 99% confirms it is a false positive, mah dude.

Also, you have virustitoal checking the SITE... not the file. Its checking the URL. The vendor's data considers the WEB PAGE malicious (because it has pop ups, etc) --- not the file, itself.

HOLY SHIT PEOPLE.

Also, no one has posted what virus/malware checker has said the trojan is. Nor have they posted to the malware thread Lerd0 linked earlier. If you fucking really care... Ya all should be doing that instead of blowing up the thread with misinformed shit.

If your windows defender is popping up with a warning about something-something!ml then see this from yet another thread about what !ml means:
I'm not at my computer today, otherwise I would check this out. So we are kind of relying on the people having problems to supply useful information and data...
thanks buddy.

Windows Defender used to be terrible, but in the last years it has been so competent [...]
So competent that it don't even give consistent results depending on the language version...

Now antivirus companies have to be omnitool apps [...]
Now? McAffee AV and Norton AV were already a whole security suite 20 years ago, Kaspersky have always sold multi-purpose tools, and so on...
And, obviously, this have absolutely nothing to do with Windows Defender. They address lambda users, and lambda users want all in one security tools, because else they feel totally lost. Be noted that they also need all in one security tools, because else they'll don't even think about protecting themselves.

All this being said, we are totally off topic here. So if you want to continue the discussion, goes in the malware thread. But be aware that you'll be with people who, unlike you, know what they talk about.
