if you already opened it using aroma, you can lock and unlock door around slime by click computer near door to trapped the slime and catch it.

there are two door to reach slime. Clear monster on the 3f innermost area(the area where u stuck) by using croix would open the door nearest the slime. and the door croix stuck would be opened by click switch on the picture using aroma

Find the game on DLsite and click on the author. He has 2 other games but they look pretty much the same and generic. I dont think their in english too, officially and unofficially
