Does anybody know how to save your progress in the game? I keep trying to click Q like it says in the game,hell I've probably clicked everything in my keyboard but it still won't open up the Load screen so I can save. I don't have 20 + hours to speedrun the entire game. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Solving errors:
- If you can't acces to the config cause the screen is in a bad angle. Follow this steps: Start the game and open your Windows Config to open System -> Screen -> (Warning this step changes the screen view and it's difficult to move the mouse) Change the Screen to vertical and center your 巨乳人妻女教師催眠.exe to a full view of the screen -> Know change the Screen to horizontal and config the game 4:3 to 800x600 or 16:9 to 1024x578
- If you accidentaly fullscreen and windows + down key don't works. Erase all and download it again
