Am I right to assume that the game sofar only/mostly have these weird c#ckmonster?
Or are there more humanlike enemies?

Developer's notes are on #217 of Page 11. The dash function improves the game quite a bit. There is now the option to level up. There is a gallery available now. Not much new content, but the Blackberry Dale stage hints as what will come in the future. A small side-quest from the Blackberry Dale stage Even though there aren't much new content, the dash function (or evade) makes this game a lot smoother than before, instead of just walking everywhere which takes forever.

Can confirm: changelog of 0.4 is identical to preview dev notes in that post.

note: 0.4 has a bug where tentacle enemies cannot drain your struggle meter: thankfully the tentacle cg can still be viewed from gallery, by unlocking it at the cg unlocker in the 'end-of-content' room.

Where is the key?
From the furthest right screen on your map, jump on the next ledge 3 times. Slowly walk and drop to the edge of the ledge at the right side. Then jump to the ledge on the left with the hidden entrance. Once you enter prepare to fight off the usual enemies. The key will be on the highest ledge inside.
