A tentacle monster in either the lake at the bottom of the waterfall or an underground lake in the cave.

At waterfall she could gather drinking water and have a shower scene, while in the cave she could find a tentacle resident, or a big dicked stone totem or something useful for exploring further. Maybe a cage where she can keep the dogs.

Wish the dev would fix the faces and make the scenes more consistent with the outfits and accessories, etc.
Lara actually looks fine in some early scenes, but after the plane crash, it's monstrosity after monstrosity.
Her butthole looks better than her face most of the time.
