I just downloaded the game from the same Anime Sharing link, and there were no issues when running it. Did you apply any translation in your case?

Oh sorry forgot about that error, once you translate it with Translator++
What I did, instead of translating everything, I just translated "Map001 to Map051"
After that the Error didnt occur anymore.
Some stuff stays in Japanese due to that, but its just the Menu and Log In and some Battle Dialogue.

If you use Translator++
Instead of translating everything like Common Events etc. Dont do that
Translating "Map001-Map-051" is enough and wont give you the Error of missing files.

I know this is late but i'm 100% sure this is because you havent set your System Locale to Japan. Unfortunately it's hard for computers to translate words at times between different languages and the is especially true with English and Japanese. This will cause the fils names to appear as giberish when you try to download/decrypt at times. One again, changing your System locale to Japan will resolve this

Make sure you don't keep talking to the guy in the bottom right, if you do then reload to an old save and just talk to him once and not push it
