FYI, I tried "Rubber Island Escape" already. It's a trap. I got it from off site download. I thought it was good but it only has 5 stages and the sex scene are just when you failed those stage. Half like a puzzle game. I won't say it's a sex scene even just some enema punishment scenes. For me, It's not worth hunting down that game for months. It only looks good on the screenshot.
