This depends on where you are located. If you live in a country that has no copyright and the like type laws. Then no, if you do, then yes.
First thing they would probably send is a cease and desist letter.
Now onto will you get sued. That is very argumentative and depending on how small or if they find out plays a large part, especially if it has no money attached then it treads into murky legal waters.
My opinion, It is up to you. You can see all these other games on here that are fine doing it.
Are they paying royalties or got permission/made their own? Most of them do not and could not afford royalty payments to all the major porn actresses/studios that they take the clips from.
