Neither will help as there's no Gallery. Just use Mtool, should be helpful.

It most certainly does, even an image preview is available of Qiyanna sitting in MC face through a hole on her chair in the room. Apparently it’s mostly a qi femdom update with an end similar to kat’s ending route. But that’s about as much publicly available. No official change log out there or update list though.
