Edit: Using the MTool and removing Irelias boots from my inventory seemed to fix the issue, atleast she did not ask me if i cleaned them

Not entirely sure about the first one anymore but I think it can happen when you do chores in Lux' room and drink the potion she gives you. After you wake up the next day your pp is small and you can talk to Lux.
Second one is the christmas party. An invitation should be on the table next to to your bed, the scene itself triggers on Sunday morning when you enter the Inn

Drinking the potion does nothing for me.
This game is so bugged it's really unfortunate.

Literally cannot get any of the triggers in the first paragraph. Also impossible to get Katarina to catch you with Lux at the dummy. Is this game broken or what?

This game is so bugged it's really unfortunate.

I don't think it was the standard potion she usually gives you after chores but I've not played this game in a few months since before v0.11 and no idea anymore how it was triggered, sorry.
You're right though, a chunk of scenes are very difficult and tedious, if not impossible, to trigger. Especially the dev builds, like the last current version on here, are usually rather buggy so your best bet might be waiting for someone to upload v0.12 or the next one, whenever that releases.
