once you have it, you just need to drag either the .fantome file or the .WAD file (that is inside the WAD folder) and drop on top of the tool.

If the problem persists, try the other mod fixer. if it persists still, then it's a problem with the skin itself and it will require deeper fixes.

It might flag as malware at first, but it's a false positive.
