I guess stealing arts would not be so terrible if it was using for his own perverted needs. But trying to make money with it??? That bastard has even started a patreon!

It is not his own Patreon, it is a sharing site for developers which has some more games like this one and that is theirs. Also it is not too bad taking someone else's assests to modify as long as you add something to it I guess.

It’s on Patreon, anyways. If it was just for free fun download on tfg or f95, I wouldn’t give a shit. Did Akabur share the assets?
Taking well known artist artworks without his permission, roughly edit them, and sell it? No, its always too bad, whatever you think about it.

If it is to close to what the other person art is and he is trying to make money off of it the person that made the art as long as they can prove they made it can sue anyone using their art work without their permission also most of the time when they give you permission to use their artwork they will tell you that you are to give them the credit for that art work you used in your game or whatever. Just like most of you who saw the art work knew who created it that is just how easy it is to prove who created that art. So you guess it is o.k to steal other peoples work change it a little bit and make money off of it try doing that with EA or any other company out there and see how fast you get a letter from their lawyer telling you to stop using their work/ or you get a letter telling you that you are now going to court because they are suing you for using their art without their permission.
This goes for games as well you take someone else game change only a few things and claim you created the game if it looks to much like the other game the person that made that game can sue you and win as long as he proves he created the game before you did.

Both of you are right. First of all he should have taken Akabur's permission to use his art even though he does his work for free, he has a Patreon as well so he will need support to continue his own works. Now I think suing is a bit excessive for this but at least he could have credited Akabur so he may perhaps get support for the artwork that he does as well. That would help both people in my view this way.

My admittedly (In actuality I don't really give a fuck cause I want smexy sissy's) slightly warped viewpoint is this. As long as the original artist doesn't give a fuck, why should you? So many games out there use "Stolen Art" its just not funny.
This is true, we are all being semi-hypocritical in this.

The difference being in some small way is that Akabur (sorry drunk and can't remember how to spell at the moment) is a small time developer. "Stealing" from someone who makes a million a year, vs "stealing" from someone who makes minimum wage is a big deal and a huge difference. Just an example.

I've recently divested myself of the majority of my holdings, but at one time I owned over 150 adult websites. I was well aware of how much people "stole" and was ok for the most part as long as they weren't making money and named the models in the pictures.

Tales of the Drunken Cowboy is what originally brought me to TFgames and then to this site.

Only time I persued legal action was people who were trying to make money off said stolen content. I destroyed them.

Give credit where credit is due, and don't make money off of shit that ain't yours.

Ok, So if this person gives credit to whomever drew whatever art they intend to or have used, you would cease to give a fuck? That sounds completely reasonable actually. Maybe such a thing should be pointed out to the developer rather than threatening speeches and other things that could scare a rare sissy/crossdressing game developer away? Cause I'm drowning in Incest and Harem games over here. Now while I quite like Incest games, I'd also like some variety. And some sexy sissy's seem like just the thing. I want sexy crossdressing sissy's dammit!

Don't take things out of context.

AND, WTF does you drowning in any flavor of porn have to do with this guy appearantly stealing other peoples artwork. (rhetorical question, hence no question mark.)
