Monster between Lizard Sage and Den Mother, Location last is Hermits Retreat

In my journal I have 2 entries between lizard sage and den mother, huskwood and sin head. Huskwoods are outside of the church with the den mothers and sin heads are in a new location called the accursed temple which is beyond the lizard village.
