Why doesn't the match start after choosing a character? It stays on the loading screen.
Perhaps the current latest version is 1115_body_dissappear_test_v4.zip, not alpha 0.0.4a of 1111.

Yes, it is that, but it is still a0.0.4a. This is the most recently uploaded download and is the only version of 0.4a that would completely work for me.
I can see all the body parts on my end. As per Cien (Gtranslate):
-This is a version that pre-emptively resolved the problem of the body disappearing in some environments with DirectX11.
-Includes game speedup implemented in testing.

The night beach level isn't loading for me. Anyone else? Regular one won't load either. Maybe something went wrong during install. Used the main file instead of the google one and it's still broken. Weird.

It's a little hard to find, but the download links were actually put on a separate post linked to on the 0.4a release post.
As far as I know, the 0.04a doesn't include a fix for the body disappearing issue that occurs with DirectX11. I have to run the game in DirectX12 for it to work properly.
The 1115 body dissappear test fixes the body dissappearing issue but still seemd to have many bugs, including not being able to use cutomized charecters.
Is it just me, or this update makes the game unplayable on laptop? The launcher did not show up, but it's running on task manager when I checked on it.
The launcher likely got flagged as a trojan by your security. This is a known issue and hopefully it'll be fixed in the bugfixed version of the demo.
You can whitelist it in whatever malware protection program you use so that it doesn't get treated as a threat anymore.
This version of the demo is incredibly buggy which is why I'm waiting for the dev to post a bugfixed version so I can share it on here. They said they're working on it and it should be ready soon.
