・Fixed a bug where the CPU was linked to the player's attacks.
・Fixed a bug that could prevent progress from being made when trying to return to the home screen during a match/gallery.
・Reduced the damage dealt by Karen's stomach punch (this was intentional, but has been fixed).
・Implemented the missing victory animation for Misaki against Karen.
・Gallery: Added a double KO.
・Gallery: Implemented/added a replay mechanism for mutual moves.
・Gallery: Fixed a bug in the processing of the general-purpose filter.
・Gallery: Fixed an issue where the cursor color was very faded after filtering.
・Gallery: Changed the text color of item moves.
・Gallery: Changed behavior after playback (so that the menu does not open automatically/so that it ends immediately)

If by complete you mean one with story mode and full character ability customization, no, those aren't in yet. You get 4 characters, most of the visual customization (minus custom textures) and some moveset customization.
