That is going to be a difficult one.
The MC in Non Monstrum eventually acquires a succubus sex slave, but there is very little sexual action with her. The succubus became a slave because of a mental spell backfiring and the MC is a total dogooder and she is very reluctant to go anywhere with her.
The MC in A Drow's Life can get a demon as her LI or slave. I don't think the demon is a succubus though.
I bet there are also plenty of Japanese RPGs with a female MC and lesbian action with a succubus, but verifying whether straight sex is avoidable is going to be a drag. I think Meltys Quest has a path with a succubus, you can avoid straight sex in that game, but I don't know if the succubus path is strictly lesbian.
