I hate Stable Diffusion.
The worst kind of generative AI.
thanks to the training data, It's like telling a God-tier artist to paint something, then sending it to an infant (in this case Unstable diffusion) to crap on it.
[you get the memo, I'm not good at giving examples or explaining things.]
My brother in Christ, Jessie, what the fuck are you talking about?
While the quality of the art is rough and inconsistent, they don't mesh together or cut off at random places, both the DL Site page and Steam made no mention that it was made with AI.

So generally, the creator just have a shaky artstyle.

For the love of god why can't anyone upload a file called "real game name.zip) instead of things like "kintoretest1.0.2_EN.7z" which doesn't even remotely look like the name of the game or even involve the developers name?

Kintore is the romanization of part of the game name 筋トレ , meaning weight/muscle training. The first sign is kin, meaning muscle and the last two are from the syllabic Japanese alphabet (syllabary) Katakana, used for foreign words. To and re are shortened anglicised Japanese for training (they'd pronounce it tohraining, hope that makes sense).

Let's Get Fit at Midnight, Shall We? might be a non-romanized version of kintore however why change the post name to English in an English forum and not change the download name so us ignorant English only people are unsure what it is we are playing when we download it?

Finger count seems to be consistent as well. Not consistent, but not AI inconsistent.

To be fair buddy, I get your argument but it's still a bit off and let me explain a bit. While as circuitarity explained, the use of shortened foreing words is at times confusing it's more of a cultural matter rather than a "site thing", a quite mainstream example would be the series "that time I got reincarnated as a slime" wich japansese title goes as " Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken " wich they just call "tensura" (ten for tensei, sura for slime as it's phonetically pronounced as suraime given their language is syllabic unlike english). Now for why the rar file being named as such comes from that, did you noticed that one of the listed stores is DLsite wich is a japanese site?, a common way to manage files is to use a short name similar to the tensura example wich makes directory management/reading much easier, even if it's on Steam why would they go to the lengt of making a different directory folder when it'll be run out of a shortcut or the launcher anyway most of the times?, doing so would make updates and other reworks just a nightmare of management for no good reason.

TL;DR: It's that way for convinience of the studio and the most likely scenario is the uploader/staff just packed it into a zip file, with probably the assumption of people having enough knowledge/common sense to know what they're downloading.

Yes I use dlsite and know the format they put all the downloads I have gotten so far come as RJ######.zip so using the defense that a Japanese site might name it that way for convenience is questionable at best.

Okay you conviniently ignored the TL;DR part where I mentioned that might just been a lazyness thing on the uploader's behalf, although you're completly right that DLsite does zip their products by a code name RJ#######.zip, consider two things for a moment.
1- DLsite for sure have some type of library to sort the file bank where they store the games, it's ussually a form of code-based sorting even I've used for research samples in a previous work, THIS site however does not and uploaders more likely just store things on either their machines or a common server wich would be accessed by other people thus making that type of sorting extremely unlikely.

2- That still does not rule out the fact that as I stated, shortened versions of the names are used, specially if names are long or contain many romanized/foreing words tend to use that naming scheme. Seen in the next picture, this is a recently uploaded game and you can see the short version of the name wich for an uploader might as well be an easier way to identify the file than RJsomerandomnumbers.zip, ultimately only way to the name being as much of a problem as you make it look like is either you know absolutely nothing about japanese language, or you have zero common sense to disern that what you're downloading might not be what you're looking for.
