Hello, everyone and welcome! It will be a longer post, but bear with me, because it’s worth.
I give you Lewd Metahuman Creator pipeline, a customized version of Epic’s advanced tool, which offers a wide range of new and exciting possibilities. It’s a pipeline suited both for casual creators, who want just some basic stuff like nipples on a character, all the way to those who want to get their creations straight up into NSFW territory.
The pipeline is still in its alpha version and currently only includes one body preset and the necessary assets. However, I plan to build upon it as much as possible from now on. Think of real-time DAZ infrastructure, if you are familiar with it. It’s similar, but in real-time, using realistic characters, interactable in open-world 3D environments that only Unreal Engine can create.
Lewd Metahuman Creator was made with ease of use and simplicity in mind. Everything that it needs is located in the LMC folder. So, if you want, you can open the project and play around in it or simply migrate the LMC folder to your own project.
For those who want to dig deeper into the core of the pipeline, I’ll include an in-depth explanation video, so you can see how I’ve made it and, maybe, in time, get some help with some issues I haven’t yet figured out. But for now, let’s keep things simple.
Before we dive into the good stuff, there is one issue I haven’t figured out: the pubic hair binding. Detach it and you can make any body modifications you want, but lose the binding. If you do want to use the pubic hair when assembling your character, you can’t make modifications to the body proportions in the Metahuman Creator. You can experiment, but from what I’ve tested, every parametric slider that makes modifications to the overall body shape breaks the groom. And, to be (kinda) fair, it’s not my fault. For some (stupid) reason, Epic thinks humans have hair only on the head and face… The body is NOT included in the core components for the groom. There is a workaround, which I’ll explain later, if you want this feature. But for now, let’s get back to the good stuff.

As you can see in the video, the pipeline works out of the box. Once you open the project, navigate to Metahumans -> LMC folder, and you will find the default LMC_Voluptous_Template. I recommend duplicating it to create your own character. It already has everything applied, and you can make your own adjustments to it to fit your needs, from skin colour to face adjustments and so on. Basically, everything you can do in the default editor. But now, you have 3D nipples and genitalia attached.
For now, there is only one body template and one skin type supported out of the box (dark skin with pink nipples don't quite fit, right?), but I am working on expanding upon it and adding more customisation options, ranging from more body types and skin colours to custom grooms, clothing assets and much more. And, of course, add male character templates.

If you want to use the pubic grooms, unfortunately, you’ll have to stick with the template body from the LMC and make only small adjustments. Don’t make modifications to the proportion and assemble your character. Once done, check the attached video to see how you can properly bind the groom.
As of now, there are only two possibilities: either I'll figure out how to make the goom parametric or I'll have to build custom pubic grooms for each body type. And have A LOT of body types
