From what I recall, there is also the piece in the room with the barrels beside the stand, by clicking on the barrels. With the other pieces, that should make the full mangle. By trash can, I assume you are talking about the dumpster in the back alley?

There's also a trash can in the restroom, to the left of the stalls.
So looks like:
Body/nails/genitals crafted using scrap
Arms/legs from dumpster in back alley
Voice module from storage closet in upgrade room?
Eyes from barrels?
Feet in vent.
I can't remember what came from the trash can in the restroom,or the barrels, likely hands/feet.
Not sure if it is different for other people, as the most current release is the first time I have played this, but I got the voice box, eyes, medium boobs and vagina all from the storage closet in the upgrade room. This was after originally getting Springtrappy's voice box there first. So, for me, it was only a matter of getting the legs, arms, hands and feet afterward
Just went through an incomplete Mangle run, and the trash can in bathroom does contain the hands.

My only other one that I'm missing is the Chica BJ scene. Any idea how to unlock that? She doesn't have any special dialogue in the kitchen, and I've gotten her the pizza already.

Talk to her in the bathroom. I forgot what time she goes there but it's like the second or third hour she's active.
I'm in the same boat there. When I try to talk to the puppet about guidance, it shows the same scene as when you first discover Foxy, while all the other character's names in guidance say that all content has been discovered. My only thought is that when the option to talk to Chica about the first reward (showing boobs) is presented, I chose the option that didn't have the parenthesis, the one labelled manipulation.
After running through an incomplete save file I had from trying to unlock the endo room, the same issue with the guidance showing the Foxy reveal scene is shown again. Either my download is messed up, or it is a result of opting out of seeing the scenes where mc does things with Foxy's penis.
Not sure why the guidance for chica is messed up for me, but after giving her the first pizza at 2 AM, she was in the bathroom for me at 3 AM. Talking to her prompted me to order another pizza. I wrote down the times I have personally encountered each animatronic, and chica herself is active for me at 2, 3, and 4 AM each night. At 2 AM, she seems to be in the kitchen, at 3 she is in the bathroom, and at 4 she is back in the kitchen
Hmm...doing the pizza in the bathroom gave the ass slap scene, but not the BJ...is there another further trigger for it?
After the ass slap scene, talking to her in the kitchen prompted me to buy the cleaning spray at the security terminal. That is what unlocks the BJ scene

I'm trying to fix the springtrap, if it's not an error, the mangle has an error when changing parts
Not sure if you are having issues others did, but it seems that a common issue appears for those who had an older save file. My save file is a new save file from the most recent release, as prior to this update, I haven't played it. Someone even said something about having to reload a save before the basement to be able to access the endos, which may have something to do with the fact that the endo fight ability was added in with the most recent update.

Stupid question—how bad are the actual jumpscares in this game? There was a warning at the beginning and I'm a pussy.
From what I've seen, with having viewed most of the scenes, not too bad. Semi-loud noise and a still image or 2. Not even as scary as the jumpscares in the actual FNAF game, IMO
Not sure what happened there for you. I copied the save into my game, renamed it so it didn't replace my 1-1 save, and was able to do the tasks for the night. Went back the next day and killed the remaining 2 endos needed. Got the kiss from Mangle, then talked to her again for the footjob scene.
