but the currently available game version is v0.12b, so is the version number in the OP a typo? I've checked the game versions available here on F95Zone and on Patreon, both show current game version is v0.12b.

Is this work on android version?

Here is an Android port I've made with this gallery unlock mod AND the incest mod.
The game version is 0.125 , unlock version now 3
Uncompressed and has the usual gestures etc.

And there is only one file only, the .rpy and not the .rpyc on the compressed file
