Sadly, the first pic, the one of "loading" when you open the game, is probably inside that ndll or whatever.
Oh! And I gotta say: based on some things that appear here sometimes, I'm pretty surprised and relieved that this is just a parody of a classical game instead of a trauma inducing game where the person is fucked by countless real worms and maggots in all their holes, both old and new ones, in front of their loved one, while everybody are brutally killed, and fucked again.
