The second option I gave above, I think, is more relevant to your request. Despite the description and screenshots, this series of games is primarily about mass casual nudity.

I tried it today and I like the concept, im just not into loli stuff at all. I appreciate the recs though. I enjoyed the first one and everyone in class being impressed by the MCs endowment, even if you didnt see anyone else.

I think you can, as long as those games don't violate rule 7 (no pre-pubescent children).
To be safe, you could put up a game request for the game (as long as it has an english translation) and let the mods worry whether or not it passes.
