Seeking LF Impregnation-themed game with Female Protag

I've played the Butakoma 300g games (Vitamin Quest and Drop Factory) and those are honestly probably the best I'll find, according to my wants.

Sorry in advance if this has been posted to hell and back, I swear I checked out a buncha stuff, but it was all "male MC with many impregnable female companions" and that doesn't quite scratch my current itch.

This is a VN length RPG, where the heroine can give birth to children of various town's NPCs towards the very end. It isn't focused on pregnancy, but it does feature such scenes. Maybe you can obtain a full save and load towards the end, just to experience that specific content.

It's a mod for an existing game but it's incredibly well done. The more the main character gets pregnant and gives birth the more she starts to enjoy it. If you take it far enough she'll become a full blown pregnancy fetishist who loves showing off and giving birth with other people watching.

No. It's not the same maker. It's the dev who made the character Serena and who also forked to the Katteban version. VH was abandoned years ago.

I also never knew this has a mod like this, I just hope the mod works with the Steam install, cuz it sounds very nice~

I think it comes preinstalled and isn't compatible with old saves. It adds a lot of systems and layers to the game. You could practically call it a whole different game for what it does. Just keep both copies.

Marie's Adventure! is also worth a look. Right now it's just a demo but there's still several hours worth of content. If I remember right only two of the party members can get pregnant and one of them already has several scenes where she's confused by how much she enjoys it. Women discovering they have a pregnancy fetish is a personal favorite of mine if you couldn't tell.

And it's been forever since I've played it but I remember Lisette, Priestess of Spring Pregnancy being another pregnancy themed game where some of the characters are really into it and enjoy it.

You have to check out Karryn's Prison and download the CC mod linked on the page. Great game and story. Weird how the developers didn't integrate a pregnancy system from the start, but it's not everyone kink.
