you don't have to know it, you can iether use the translator from your camera, the translate app by google also available for every phone, or install the MTool to play the game by yourself in MTL english. Once you understand how ti works, it opens up thousands of games to be played easily. Try it and see if it helps. If you still can't i already posted a save after that rock so you can skip that part of the game (you don't miss anything by doing so)

Do you know where to find the girl to give to the goblins? I've looked everywhere in the city, can't find a single NPC that'll give me any different response. I think its currently blocking my progress in main quest

IIRC she takes two steps. First you need to talk to her at the bar, and she will be so drunk the bartender takes her out. After that, she'll be outside the bar staring in through the window. She needs development level 50+ for the event.

I'm stuck where you have to cross the bridge to the goblins (I guess) and I don't know who to talk to or what to do next.

IIRC, go talk to the Mayor, then go talk to the old man in the tavern. He might be in one of the houses in that district though. He will ask you for a bunch of money, which will initiate a long but railroaded quest to the casino.
