2. No, but it could trigger an encounter in the club. Other reason to go is to find a gloryhole or to use a line of coke.
3. No. If you read the version notes you would have noted that the phone is not working yet apart from quitting your job. No worries though as no one tends to read them
4. Depends on what stats you are after and whether or not you have a phone and want one or not. Up to you.
