I can not find where to do this can you explain? I know where the game file is located but which one does one edit?

I see that life in bugchester is still living up to it's name. It's a good game concept but that they can't pull it off without endless bugs or lag is kinda depressing.

Another one with great Art and potential, but scarce releases, snail-paced progress and unfixed lagging issues/bugs ruin everything.

I think It is in the root folder, root/data/data/com.dirtysockgames.lifeinwoodchester it is hidden when your device is not rooted/jailbroken

I just started playing this game today. I think it will be the last time I play it as well. (V13.0)
Love the look. I think that is the only good thing I can say about it.
Interface sucks, lack of saves suck hard. The fact the gallery is a joke where only major stuff will be re-playable and anything before that you get to see is lost to the winds thanks to no photo gallery or enough saves that lets up visit it again.
Needless use of having a dozen clickable things in each space that does nothing but waste time. Might get used very occasionally but not worth having it.
The fact that I ran into a bug that has been around for over 3 years is complete bullshit. (Janice stealing the Bra). Big thanks to those who figured out a way to get past and told the rest of us. You guys rock. However this should not still be an issue today if it's been spoken about for this long.
Oh and why bother having us fill out relationship BS if it never has any impact.
Having more detailed quest log would be a good attention. Wasted so much time trying to talk to Molly cause of the Fiona story line only to later find out you have to progress Lily's story for that to open was annoying. A simple card letting us know it's not possible until X is such an oversight.
Added to that I read that saves don't work on newer versions...Not sure if that is true or not but it's enough to tip this into never play again.
I can understand if it's a new dev and it's early in their progress. This game is going to be 5 years old this year.
I did find the writing to be passable. although at times felt very repetitive. The constant bickering with Tara got dull fast.
ETA: As was pointed out to me it does have a large amount of save spaces. I did not see the scroll bar at the side and the fact that despite taking up only about a 1/4 of the screen only saw the two auto save spots and the first two save spots. I generally play Ren'Py games so when I didn't see the page system assumed there was not more.
