What I write below, please take as advice, and not as a claim or demand.
The model of the aunt (or whoever she is) is ugly because she looks like a realistic middle-aged woman and they are suck.
Well, bro I think you should either use the anime lifehack (where MILFS look deceptively young and beautiful; examples: Mamako Oosuki, Yuigahama yui's mother, Uzaki Tsuki. And "dead anime mom hairstyle" is a must have, I suppose

Or you should spend a lot of time to create a model of a woman who actually aged well, it's quite difficult. You can see an example in the game Bonds Between by Obsidian Fox.
The rest of the renders look great (the older sister looks just wonderful (10 of 10), the younger one is prettier, but more generic in terms of a render and a "phenotype").
I also like the plot setup premise (as far as I understand, it's either a harem or a slow-burning corruption with a touch of NTR)
