It depends which style you prefer but the usual ones are Monster Girl Island, Breeders of the Nephylim or Monster Girl assistant. The last one has pretty lovely vibes but is abandoned as far as i know.

As of Monster Girl Island has not been abandoned for 5+ years at this point...

I will be watching this development with great interest, and wish the dev(s) all the luck in the world. I deeply wish a game like this will be finished and succeed!

You can check out Love Among Monsters also, it looks similar and is definitely closer than Breeders of the Nephylim, although if you're a fan of islands, there aren't any there yet. The game has been in development for a few months, so I wouldn't expect MGI-level quality, but at least it gets constant updates.
Unfortunately, I searched for a long time myself, but most of them have already died.
