VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Life with Pleasure [v1.0] [Mr.N]

Great content - good story - really like the way it is developing - characters are at least realistic - not a huge fan of massive boobs but some characters have more normal sizes - cannot wait to see more

Pretty decent~

Art's nice. Glad to see something other than storebought assets (or if these are, they're new enough I haven't seen them eleventy billion times). Girls' figures are a tad played-up but I like them.

Writing is just a tad rote and contrived. I tend to think of games that I can use the mousewheel / savescum in order to get all points for the 'correct' decisions as too-linear, and that seems to be the case here. That combined with the PoV MC veering towards Creepy Little Brother territory with sleeping pills and panty sniffing comes across as kinda pathetic. Also there's a bit early on with a threatened NTR that just seems like it was included because that's a popular thing at the moment.

Other than the pills, the panties, and the not-NTR, I didn't encounter any porn that squicked me.

On a minor musing: I didn't bother with the patch, and the plotline was still as coherent. Maybe keep it that way in cannon? I personally don't get much out of the alternative and don't feel that it adds any tension or value to the proceedings.

TL,DR: worth watching, keep up the good work~

Played through the v0.9 version.

Plenty of decent content. It's a choice based VN rather than an open game so there's no grinding to build up stats with characters. Just make the right responses.

Renders are good and the women are attractive, especially the mother (assuming incest patch applied).
Sex scenes are ok - sandard Renpy type few seconds loop animation.
Sound is a bit annoying. The "surprised" sound is way overused, and other sound bites and effects tend to detract more than add to the VN.

The story is ok. It's not dull, there's enough happening to keep you interested.

Translation from the VN's original Russian to English in the version I played (v0.9), is surprisingly good! I didn't pick up the kind of mistakes that made any of the text hard to read or understand in any way.

Characters aren't brilliant, but good enough that you want to see how relationships develop.

The main negative I found with this VN is the way the MC has been written. He's learning to become a doctor, yet often behaves like an idiot 14 year old. This seems to me lazy story writing - make the MC do or say something a little too stupid to make it easier to write a another character's reaction to progress the story. For me, this can make the VN hard to play.

The story is like Jump right into it. Not much build up.
Girls are looking good. Nice renders.
Fun game to play for 1-2 hour but no more because:
- You know like nothing about the characters
- Story is some times really stupid, and makes no sense, but if you drink some vodka you will find it really funny.

I like the points system. Scenes and models are really hot, and there are plenty of them. Have not written a rewiev before, but this was so awesome that i had to. All five stars for me. Hope there is more coming soon!

Addicted to good ol' porn as plain and simple as can be? Great! You're probably right here. You don't even need a walkthrough to get what you want, guys. Feel free to fap around the clock or take your choice to skip and resist a beauty. Well, I just skipped through the last update (v0.9.9) to be honest! Just because there is nothing edgy, nothing I'd have to worry about. Like in that teenage-dream, you know, when you've been the center of the women-verse hey, don't get me wrong! I'm sure there is a place for this kind of VN, except you want to call it a game or adult either.

I definitely didn't enjoy it as much as others judging by the reviews, but it's still decent. There's some translation errors that are common with many of these games and I hope those will be fixed with time. The weakest aspect here is the writing unfortunately which is probably the biggest part of the game for me. If the game doesn't have plausible and competent writing, it just falls apart for me unfortunately. It's not "horrible" per say, but in my opinion, it's mediocre at best which definitely brings it down for me.

This is my personal review of the game "Life with Pleasure" version 0,7.

Story 5/5 -> The story in this game revolves around you living with your "Roommate" and "Younger Roommate" (Incest patch to make it make more sens is available) and having sexual fantasizes about them. It is a nice balance between story and decisions you have to make.

Dialog choices 4/5 -> You have lots of choices to choose from, which relationships you want to pursue and lots of choices about how nice/mean you want to be. The only negative about this is that if you are not careful you will get game over if your "family" members don't like you. As someone that hates Game over endings because you cannot be as mean as you want to be, that takes the score down 1 point.

Sexual Content+spelling 5/5 -> The spelling and grammar is enough to fool me at least and you have lots of sexual content in this game. I really like that aspect of the game.

Domination/bdsm 3/5 -> The bdsm part is non existent (or at the least I didn't find it) but you have some domination part in the game to counter that. However, the domination part is not as good as I would like it. You need to be nice in order to get somewhere. Usually I don't mind in being manipulative, but when you have a chance at raping your roommate and the first thing your character does is apologize to her, I find that unrealistic. If you want to have the option of me raping someone, at least let me have the choice of doing so without regret and perhaps blackmail or threaten the person to avoid going to the police. Also, if you get caught peeking at someone you have to hide it and be ashamed of it instead of just embracing it.

Pregnancy 2/5 -> I haven't found anything that makes the people you have sex with pregnant, but there is a chance that it is in the game so I give it the benefit of doubt.

Overall this means that this game gets 19 points out of 25, resulting in 76% or 4 stars.

Even though this game does not cater to all my fetishes, it's still a good game so I highly recommend people to give it a try. I might have some issues with the Domination part of the story but I'm also very twisted at what I like in my games and what not.

Good history, not excellent, but I apreciate the effort that the creator put it into the game, it was not something that was made without a good idea on mind. Nice renders overall. Really liked the game and recommend for those who like the genre. Only complaint was with the sex scenes that have kind odd movements, and the with the sound the thing becomes kind cringy, but not all scenes are like that. Thanks for the game, I will try to patronize.

This games possesses both stunning images, and a captivating story. The diversity of relationships coupled with intriguing plot lines make for an immersive experience. Looking forward to the next update.

Awesome story with lots of variation to it, making it a truly replayable experience. The visuals are also really good. Only complaint is that it's not using the usual RenPy interface. Definitely worth your time!

To be honest this is one of the best games i've ever played, the scenes are all good and it got a great story. I liked the Christmas scenes also because of the irony of the dev.

The game is beautiful, tho we fucked mom very fast, but hella of mother she is. One of the best mom model after Tyrant game and Big Brother. 4 stars deserved. My votes.
After previous update, I saw sum lost in storyline, but game is one of the most beautiful on the site. Hope so, more better and longer updates i next year, still not for the 5 stars rating.

It is definitely a game worth trying for. The story is good and you get a good sense of what's going on around you. The characters are beautiful especially the old roommate. As far as the animations and renders are concerned, no complains from me. The developer is on the right track and now i just wait for the new update as it has become a really fun and enjoyable game for me.

I'm just going to salute the quality of this game and his author :
- The story is good for this kind of plot and rather credible (it's rather rational at the moment) ;
- The girls are superb ;
- The camera is very well placed for the H scenes;

Not much on the bad side only issue is the English translation is not that good.
The story is decent so far and the renders are good!
The patch helps a lot with the game.

As for version 0.02: Nice renders. simple but interesting story, without any deus ex machina-s (superpowers, ansient artifacts etc), pleasant music. The only drawback is that there mostly are "right and wrong" choices.
