I would say My Italian Slut Wife perfectly fits the bill... except for the "MC is oblivious to it" part. The cheating is only up to blowjobs so far, and there are two key paths to the game - one where you encourage the wife to fool around with your buddies, and the other where you don't encourage her, but you know she still fools around and you often sneak around to spy on her doing stuff (but not quite actually catching her, as far as I recall).

May be worth looking through the hidden NTR mega thread. By nature the protagonist misses much of it, though that isnt to say there is never a reveal that goes badly in some of them. Quite a few are more on the forced / blackmail routes as well but I think a few were lighter.
