That's not going to stop me! Making a game has been a fun project, but it's not really much of a game yet lolI feel you on that. Not particularly comfortable putting a furry porn game on my resumé so to try and solo a game as ambituous like this is an investment and responsibility with little returns, only possible if it's your own brainchild and you've got a certain attachment to it (Or getting fat stacks of Patreon NEETbux).
So far I have a bunch of tools to help with workflow, and I can generate impressively large maps. I wanted a way to create entirely dynamic maps that can be easily loaded and saved through text files. It'll make it really easy to mod in new locations, because all you'll need to do is write your own file (or use the tool that does it for you) and drop it into the maps folder. And I have some good ideas on how I want to use it for custom housing. Think Lilaya's house, except you can actually add/remove rooms and hallways in any random design you want.
And then I started thinking about creating art assets and I got sad. There's a lot of art assets that you need, and making icons and stuff is boring as fuck.
Still a fun project. It'll probably die as a tech demo lol
Unrelated, it's been a week since Inno said she'd have an update ready in a couple days in the substar update. Did anyone actually think she'd have an update ready in a couple days? Nope.
