I've tried both the x32 and x64 versions of the .exe but can't seem to run it. Just the same white screen. I also found some post saying that there were read permission issues, but every time I set it to not 'Read Only' it reverts any changes.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.
where are you unpacking the game to? Ideally it should be in a location like "C:\Games\", definitely not "C:\Program Files\" or any other system-managed directory.

I've tried a few. One on my secondary drive and the other directly on to C:\Downloads

The issues I have seen in the past were usually related to Java. Usually it was someone that went to Java's website, downloaded the latest and greatest version and then tried running the JAR version of the game. As I mentioned before, the game uses a specific (and OLD) version of Java, which was why I suggested getting the EXE version.

The only things I can think of to suggest:
Try running the EXE as Administrator (right click the EXE and run as admin should be on the content menu).
Try uninstalling any version of Java you have installed on your machine and then try running the EXE version.
Check your AV programs, there is always a (unlikely) chance that your AV decided it didn't like the game and is blocking it.

The only other thing I can think of is to check the file properties (right click the EXE and select properties), sometimes Windows will 'know' the file came from the internet and it will block them from doing certain things. There should be a line on the General tab about the file coming from another computer and there should be an option to unblock it.

I don't think any of those suggestions are going to work, but you never know. Good luck though figuring it out.

You can also try my build (linked in my signature) just fair warning it has default settings that are at odds with lots of people, just check out mod options at the main menu and change "minimum age" back to 18 if you prefer. Otherwise most things are left relatively vanilla out of the box.

My build mod is confirmed to work with Windows 11 and is Java 21 (instead of Java 8) and performs better.

The fact there has evolved an entire meta-narrative on this thread about how shit the dev is at actually developing their game and to the point people are making excel spreadsheets....christ...its pure internet and its absolutely hilarious.

But seriously though...this game has been "in development" for so long ive moved homes and had actual kids irl, wtf is taking so long? what is Inno doing with all that time and more importantly money she's been milking out of all her donators for almost a decade now?
to be fair, this is hardly an internet thing, people have been performing statistical analysis on literally every regular pattern in existence, Inno's apology posts are only slightly less reliable than a pulsar's radio bursts, so we could at least find some use in their spreadsheet for timekeeping

Only game I can think of off hand that isn't to hard on the player is a game called Vicindio.
It doesn't have much in the way of TFs and is a combination of text and (random internet) images, but you can play as a male or female.

You could give this game a try if you are brave enough: Flexible Survival It isn't as easy or nice to the player as LT is, but it was a pretty fun game once you figured out what the heck to do.
The game is made in Inform 7. You need a separate player for it (Windows Git or Gargoyle work pretty well). The download on F95 does have an installer that will install the game and an interpreter on your machine.

There is another text game called Trap Quest, that is made in Inform as well. That game is skewed kind of hard against the player, so if you play it, be aware that 'unfair' is pretty standard in that game.

Only game I can point to is 'Accidental Woman' if I'm recalling the title correctly but it's a buggy mess.

Nnnope. 'Trap' does not refer to what happens, it refers to what your character is. If you do not like very feminine males, I would avoid going any further.

Trap quest lets you play as a female from the start and most of the content assumes you are a woman anyway.

They're more VN RPGs than a text based games, but Outsider Artison's works has two different succubus games. Hex: Becoming a Succubus has a whole yuri mode that lets you subsist entirely on doing girls, but it' in alpha stage so its pretty bare bones.

Let me know if you decide to make your own game. I've got a yuri short in the works specifically because I wanted more overlap in combat and foreplay from a female perspective, but the protagonist is a loli so even if I release it'll doubt it'll get much traction.

Lillith's Throne skews pretty heavily into 'furry stuff', so either you just came in here to troll or you are more into 'furry stuff' than you might think.

I haven't played Trap Quest for quite a while, but, unless the game has changed radically, you can play the game as a female OR as a male. If you start as a dude, your character can end up turned into a brainless bimbo/slut/sissy. Starting as a female, your character can end up as a brainless bimbo/slut.

The game is definitely not for everyone, even I had had enough of the game after a while. It really is skewed against the player.

Trap Quest is a dungeon crawler, Rogue Like, game where all of the various maps and areas are filled with traps and enemies. There isn't much of a story, basically your character agrees to try out a 'cutting edge VR game' and if you get a game over, your 'IRL' character can be changed to match what your 'in game' character looks like, then they put your 'new character' back into the game.
There is a dungeon area, a forest area, a 'School', and a haunted mansion. I haven't played the game in quite a while so I have no idea if they have added more areas to the game.

what i have in mind isnt yuri but a female protagonist focused game where main character corrupted by male or monster in game, but well i guess corrupted by girl isnt bad either, i love seeing girl getting bullied by another girl type scenario

but i dont really have coding knowledge so im not really sure making a game myself
