Jesus crisis, are you for real Inno? Somebody throw this woman off a cliff already lol
>Still working on it
I cant fathom how someone would prefer sitting around doing nothing for months on end and do bare minimum to get something out, I'd be clawing at my scalp whenever I don't work on something for at least a day despite needing an actual break from working so much

As a 2 year player of "Lilith's Throne F95 Thread", I can tell you the best thing about it is the daily updates consisting of jokes on Innoxia's code, update schedule, minuscule content additions, unwanted content additions, and the occasional sympathizers who are laughed out of the thread. The lore is fairly deep and easy to lose yourself in. I would say the porn content is rather lacking, but the core gameplay loop is great, which consists of writing a post about how Innoxia issued yet another apology for missing their scheduled update due to reasons such as being sick, feeling down, personal issues, or because it rained that day. Once in an eon however they slightly adjust the version number, so you write a post about how it changed fuck all and/or how it's added something stupid that only 0.001% of players asked for like a toenail fungus mechanic. It truly is a unique gaming experience you keep coming back to.

Even after 7 years players still play "Lilith's Throne F95 Thread", which should give you an idea of how dedicated the fanbase is.

Given the frequent update schedule and fun factor, I would rate it 5/5.

It is the fated day of 'next Sunday'.
My money is on a partial update, but I remain optimistic for the full update.
Because it makes me laugh harder when I am wrong.

It is the echo chamber, I won't fault someone for saying fourteen hours of screen time is too much I can't work any more today but I also don't join the echo chamber in telling Inno to watch show or play game for fourteen hours in a day when she should be using the screen tolerance to work.

I wonder where in specific she keeps hitting spaghetti code of such magnitude that literally every single quest addition ends up getting delayed for multiple months, ostensibly just because wrangling it to being functional is apparently torture. I remember that one post from Sarkath where it was basically showed that the dialogue and quest system takes hundreds of lines to do ostensibly simple things, but surely, at this point, she'd at least acclimate to this, and wouldn't be that bad of a hold-up...?

Most of us here believe she is a procrastinator of the highest order so she never acclimatizes because she is doing all the work in one cram session and then months pass of excuses before she looks at it again.

Also I'm pretty sure she uses a dev environment that is good for compiling the releases but really shitty for actual project management / multi-file management.

Based on the history of lilithsThroneBuildTutorial.md, she's using Eclipse. While it's not my favorite IDE, I can't say I've ever had an issue managing my stupid Minecraft projects with it way back when, no matter how much they grew. From what I recall, its package/class navpane is quite good.

Honestly, I'd say that most major IDEs that survived through 2024 is going to be fine when it comes to project management. So yeah, I'm going with "skill issue" on this one. :)

Don't understand why people enable that kind of behavior even with $1 donations only.
They all should drop their support and put that game to rest. There haven't been any substantial additions to the game in years anyway :/
seems its time for a check in on how much she makes:

Public Subsribe Star Data as of 9:08 p.m. UTC July 22, 2024
Subscriber fees are ($1*83) + ($5*824) + ($10*197) = $6173/month

for context:

Public Subsribe Star Data as of 02:44 UTC February 6, 2024
Subscriber fees are ($1*84) + ($5*769) + ($10*188) = $5809/month

Going by her blog, the last update was 4.9.9 on Saturday 13, April 2024

Public Subsribe Star Data as of 05:00 UTC May 24, 2024

Subscriber fees are ($1*90) + ($5*733) + ($10*196) = $5715/month

in the last two months, Inno has gained seven $1 subs, ninety-one $5 subs and one $10 sub. She is making $458 more than two months ago and $364 more than 5 months ago despite going down after the most recent update.

Conclusion: When she makes an update she lose subscribers, but when she delays she gains subscribers. She has zero incentive to work, and plenty of incentive not to.

I'm thinking it's more of a production pipeline kind of issue. Things like never taking the time to properly plan out systems and their limits, having scripts to generate all the base files needed to add something to the game, etc. The sort of things an experienced dev will set up because the few hours it takes to do at first is quickly recovered in the long run. Stuff like taking hundreds of lines of code to do simple things reeks of poor planning.
My favorite example is probably the handling of colors, where it's a mess of enums that have things redefined because for some reason, some body parts are limited to only a few colors but others aren't. It should have just been something like the C# Color class, encapsulated in another class that contains an instance of the Color + whatever other attributes she needed for flavor text.

The random encounters need some work, though. They either tell you that clowning on Inno will demotivate her, or they call you sad and angry for spending so much time playing the thread. There's just not a whole lot of variety, and I tend to skip the encounters when I can.

You cannot convince me these are not disposable accounts created by simps or even Inno herself to appeal to her rampant procrastination. I don't believe that anyone who has more than 1 neuron in their brain to not recognize how bad her behavior has become. This is 100% a setup to add more echo to her chamber and/or to irritate us critics even more.

One of them literally had Echo in their name. Not concrete evidence for anything, just kinda funny and ironic.
