Here is my MTL with most H statuses translated by hand.
Update:
managed to fix the item bug by inserting my most tranlated objects (actors, commonevents, map1) into data folder from Ect (called it "combined"
)

Put data folder from "data combined" into your game folder and swap files if asked.
The Mtl in it's current condition is just straight up unplayable, there are multiple untranslated dialogues and even the ones that are translated is just horrifyingly bad, in fact the entire quest tab is not even translated at all. So if you are looking to play this game, you might wana avoid the Mtl that's available in the previous threads.
