RPGM - Abandoned - Lily of the Valley [v2.0] [P and P]

Corruption games tend to do it for me. But there's something about Lily that just feels... missing.

Graphics: It's amazing by 2016 standard, and still ages really well to this day. Gorgeous models and the female characters are top tier in terms of render quality and texture. Lily is is definitely pushing the boundary of thicc and really hot. Some downsides include camera angles and the occasional lack of diversity in poses outside of sex scenes. Shots from macro-upper angles are too common and Lily often stay in one or a couple of poses throughout entire conversations... The resolution is not the best (blame RPGM and the weight of the game), and for some reason the graphics look grainy, like the screen has a matt finish, even in very bright scenes.

Sex: Great. Could be better with a few more frames and perspectives but very good regardless. It's got lot of things covered, foot, anal, bj, hj, finger, tease, dom-sub, etc etc

Gameplay: RPGM. A lot of actions need to be done and some walking around to progress the story. You gotta read to know what to do next. I would caution against playing the ren'py port since it might remove the sense of agency from your experience, but it would be less tedious for some people and you wouldn't be lost if you skim through some dialogues, so choose your poison. Choices are usually not super important, usually just for unlocking the following scenes, but there are really important ones that should not be missed, so it might be a good idea to use a WT as a reference.

Animation: Amazing by 2016 standard, great by today's standard, and it gets a bit better as the game progresses. Jiggle physics are all there, though sometimes not perfect and can be a bit stiff.

Story: Oh boy how do I put this. The script is fantastic. Very funny at times and generally speaking the game does a good job immersing the player in the scene. That said, the plot and the overarching story is something left to be desired. There's no overarching "goal" for the protagonist. It seems like the game gradually corrupts Lily for the sake of corrupting her without a convincing excuse. Sure money is a problem and she gets herself in some "situations" but it just doesn't feel like the story is going anywhere, and I have a hard time caring about what's gonna happen next. It might be the author's intention to make this a slice of life type of story but it probably isn't for everyone.

4 out of 5 for me, it a great game but there are some significant flaws that prevent it from being amazing, for me personally if nothing else.

slow build up female corruption at its best. Great plot that lets you take control while also being a slut. Only fault is the lack of path, which is gets a little varied as things progressed. You can get stuck by a bug so save as often as u can. All in all a great experince in female pov.

Lily of the Valley (in short LofV/LotV) is one of the best female MC games that I have ever played.

The quality of story, renders and the character is simply amazing.

This is an amazing story about Lily who is a house wife, yes she is married. You will take/make key decisions in Lily's life and that makes her either a wife or a cheating one. (Choices do matter)

If you haven't tried this game you surely should. It has a very good story if not the best, and even if you play full out slut in the game it never feels like she will jump on every dick she sees.

Not trying to be rude, but there are a couple of "downside", the first is that it can take a long time between updates, but i don't want to cut a star for that matter. With such an quality in their renders and story (and that shows their passion for it) it is worth the wait.

The second is "what to do next" can be a pain in the fart'er in the early game.

All in all what i can say is, you should really try it. With an amazing story, renders, a juicy n curvy lady and a great dialog it really deserves a
play-through

Lily of the valley is one of the best corruption RPGM games i've played. The characters render and lewd scenes are top notch and the storyline is interesting. I'd recommended this game to all of player who likes female protagonist corruption game.

Well here we go then:

I’ll give it 4 stars cause it’s truly one of THE best games here and adult games in general. Why? Well cause it has:
- a female protagonist
- the mc Lily is one of the by far hottest chicks here and always fights for t first place in my personal ranking
- it has nice - not too extreme - fetishes
- many characters are surprisingly believable
- great , interesting story very rl related
- really nice outfits!
- many old men!
- animations!
- Great dialogues
- many creative, unique ideas
- gets updated since more than 2 years as far as I know!! (not very common!!)

but i can’t give the game 5 stars cause of a few simple reasons:

- I never rate a game here 5 stars unless it’s truly perfect for me (so even for many parts it would deserve it, or goes against my codex)
- the animations are solid and in high tier environment but not THE best sometimes a bit stiff
- not really many positions. I LOVE lily and many fetishes this game has but... I am a sucker for cowgirl, missionary, standing sex and tit sucking - and sadly you find this very few times in this amazing game. Instead there are sometimes part I am no big fan of like just zooming into the action all the time, no camera rotation (and therefore sometimes bad angles like in her last scene with the blond nerd)
if there would be at least more positions per scene but this mostly just happened at the first half of the game a few times.
- the sound is okay and serves the need but hands down it’s not the best. The music is iconic and reminds me always of Lily now but the sexy sounds are always some emotionless hammering (but better than nothing so sound part doesn’t really count)
- the unique and great Progression System of Fitness and hornyness etc. got superfluous updates ago even I am partly happy since the intelligence part was kinda grindy and !SPOILER! the kid involved in this was - for me - annoying.
- many characters - even I am also team Fred - are a one time show
- some many male characters look kinda boring/bland (especially compared to perfect Lily) with a few unique exceptions

Don’t get me wrong here LotV is one of THE best games I played here and I would recommended it to anyone. But I never was a pure fanboy hyping everything. I am still an individual with my own taste and preferences and maybe someone who reads this thinks the same. My rating is personal and passionate and most importantly: honest.

Edit: i changed my rating for the first time to 5 stars. this has many reason. primary it seems 5 stars really push a game (?) and secondly i found new games i really had to give 4 stars but this was unfair towards LotV cause even of the few lacks i mentioned its a veteran game and project and therefore this should be more honoured. even i stil struggle a bit with 5 stars and would give it ore of a 4.5 star rating cause there are still things missing i would have liked to see/changed.

The cheating element in the game is nice, but the cheating element should be increased with different men. For example, group sex with business workers

I love the character, I love the story, I love the effort from the developers.

What I struggle to understand for the RPGM why are designed to make it difficult for the player.
There is no very clear objective tracking, maps, it seems designed to frustrate rather than entrained.
Sometime the updates takes month and the player can forget basic places, routines etc..nothing in the games (UI/UX)helps to find objectives and places making a very good game extremely frustrating.

OMG...I do love this game...

I still cant stop laughing about it. There are so many funny conversations and ways, which suddenly show up and develope in let me say ..."very very private moments" lol.

Just the seller of the dress at the beginning.... saying something like "omg ..could not imagine, that this ugly dress can suite someone".... hehe

If you are able not to take everything that seriously, you will have fun to play it

You will find a lot of different Catégorie , scene`s and moments, which will pending between like submission and domination, controlling and out of control......but somehow.... it is not fullfilled in detail. AND THAT A GREAT IDEA. The game does not stick to one genre all the time. And there are big moments of dedication and erotical moments for players of this Lily of the Valley.

I do love the scene play of this game. Lily is getting presented very clever. The bodytalk of all character is great...even which position of the camera is used.

In my mind the highlights of all situations are the situations with fred....damn...that like a battle of acting clever and not acting clever...fullfilled with not beeing able to stick to a concept... emotions...beeing naughty...beeing human ...and I have to admit...it is maybe not that realistic...but it is fun and hot ... thrust me

It is a mirror play in many ways. Specially when Lill says phrases like "You are fucking your sons wife in law" and she plays with this phrase etc. The game and the game characters are playing with the mind of gamer.

The sex-scenes are very long...well...and indeed thats a big pro of this game. Long, not caused of millions of animations (btw...there are so many..even with four people- and game developer are knowing, thats a pain in the ass to make them ), it is caused by the conversations.
I am sure...whoever is writing the dialogues is very very expierenced with erotic-novel-books and stories.
I dont say Charles Bukowski is reborn---- but I do like the way to present the sex scenes like in real novels and more focused in the verbal interacting of the actors by using it with rendered graphics... GREAT WORK!!!

Very hot main character and very good animations of the sex scenes. No story with a real thread. Several threads to follow according to our choices but no real complexity. A little too much scene with Fred for my taste while leaving to make Lily the slut of the city, after having teased us several possibilities there are other secondary characters with which to make her fuck.

Not a big fan of RPG games, but this one is just gold.
I love Lily and how she looks, and the slow progression, it makes it believable.
The graphics and the animation are very nice.
Without a doubt deserved 5 stars.

I would happily play a RenPy port of this, as the scenes themselves are fairly good, but the RPGM parts of the game makes it completely unplayable for me.

In short, the amount of RPGM busywork and walking makes it a complete slog. The amount of routine actions to get through a single day is downright infuriating at times. The standard apartment routine injected into every day is especially terrible. I swear, if I had to open the damn closet, change Lily's dress, go pee etc one more time, I would snap.

In addition, the game has no quest log or proper waypoint system what so ever. This means that if you zone out of or simply skip through some of the tedious dialog filler, you will suddenly find yourself with absolutely no clue where to go. Luckily someone made a really good walkthrough.

Even if I'm not a fan of RPG, Lilly of the valley is one of my favorites game, ever. Not mention that Lilly is amazing!!! Her adventures are exciting, the images are cool and the story is nice. And there are also animations, not too many but there are well done. It's a great game!

One of the best games on here, in my opionion. The images are good, the animations are good, the story might have a bit of a flaw, but in grand scheme its good. Unlike some choice based, in this one the choice does actually matter, if you go the naughty route or trusty wife or something inbetween, the choices matter. And yes if you dont make the right ones, you might miss some content, but theres plenty of content left anyway. Lastly, since i am a fast reader, i really like, that the text switches really quick, not like some other were you have to wait for it to change.
Overall, definetily one my most favourite games one here.

The only possible complaint one could have is; it's more like a really really good visual novel since there (so far) is minimal deviation when it comes to game-play.

Lily of the Valley is one of the few adult games where there is a balance between the excellent quality of animations / renderings, history / rhythm and player choices. The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the lack of an option to review the sex scenes (which are many!) , and some small bugs, which are common in an RPGM game. Without a doubt, LotV is one of the best adult games of the moment. I recommend!

Review of Lily:

Pro:
--At times an interesting NTR story.
--Attractive female renders
--an interesting and engaging lead protagonist

Cons:
--What is it about NTR stories that attractive, corruptible women have so few options to cheat. 70% of the sexual content relies on you cheating with the fat, ugly, old, asshole father in law. The only quality too many of the male renders have is the size of their dicks. Otherwise, they've been beaten dead with the ugly stick. Few cheating NTR choices till deep into the story, and not b/c there aren't attractive, appealing men elsewhere in the story. The father-in-law is not only a massive asshole, he's one of the least appealing men in the game.

I love this game it's one of my favourite. Lily is very hot and rendered very well with great animations which are better then alot of games, it's got a great amount of content with various choices that give different scenes, the thing that this game does best is the gradual corruption. Definitely in my top 3 games on this site and always hoping for updates. A must play!

This game features gorgeous renders and animations, compelling characters, and an interesting story. Lily of the Valley has virtually no grind so it plays well. I'm always looking for other games that compare with this.
