That's their complaint? Not the clusterfuck that was ending of the last game? Back then people complained that the MC's daughter will be LI in sequel and how that's NTR :D
Personally I'm also more into poly dynamic in AVNs than"pure" harem. Most people can't write decent characters, no way they will write a good reason for all LI to stay in harem

Visually looks fine and bad at the same time. Hope that little dude isn't the mc :HideThePain: (judging by screenshots he isn't). If I got it right,the game is based on cheating and ntr,both tags are missed. Not a fan of these,so probably will skip it(Maybe would try it if there is something outstanding in terms of writing)

As a suggestion,I'm thinking about extension the list by adding VaM(Virt-A-Mate) games.Haven't seen rec threads doing this,and it's not like there are many of them,so it probably won't take a lot of time

I've tried My Sister and I a few months ago (I think it was somewhere around version 0.7)
Visually it's decent. Besides a few questionable renders it's good enough, but nothing amazing.
Writing is...well it's B/S incest story. Very cheesy and tries too hard to be sweet. I'm not sure who is the target audience for this game though. Characters jump rather fast to h-scenes, so nothing really feels as "forbidden" or "questionable". On the other hand fans of romance may be discouraged by incest.

I was also planning to try Desirium, but looking at Changelog, it's rather short, so I'm still waiting.

Not a hater here, but it definatelly starts to piss me off. One thing is your example - game that has nothing to do with incest, but "patch" is created to fullfil some fantasies.
But then you have something like That New Teacher, where it is clear that Sophia and Suzie supposed to be family, not landlady/roommate. So you use fan made "patch" and you hope the story is actually the same as developer intended.

I'm an incest enjoyer, but trying to put it, where it doesn't belong (by fans) or trying some menthal gymnastics with landlady/roommate/childhood friend (by devs) is annoying.

I'm a big fan of incest myself, but I don't understand why you'd put incest in a place where it's not a big deal. It's one thing when the author removes the family ties for "understandable reasons" and you're watching a clown show like "Oh my God, Donald, we can't do this, you're my roommate, it's wrong, what if the landlady finds out? I don't care if you're my roommate, I love you!!" You're laughing and downloading the patch. And another thing is when you put the patch and "Mom" discusses your dead mother with you and asks if you remember her)) although it's probably fun for someone

Instinct Unleashed in actually pretty good. My only complain would be that ending is tied to a few romances, so you can lock yourself out of the best ending if you are not into some key LI.

The problem with "fan made" incest patches is that you have to believe that "fan" is only changing necessary elements to make incest possible. Current version of incest patch for That New Teacher is great example of why fan made "patches" can be questionable. There, dev changed intro a little bit, but author of "patch" have not included that. So that raised a question for me - what else I've missed when I used "patch".
Devs should either avoid incest or make"patches" themself and release it incognito

maybe so, but you can understand people who don't want to play another college game with a mediocre plot, basic assets and models, you'll have to invest in either a visual or a plot, or better yet, both. It's not 2020 when any HS game was considered a masterpiece)

Not all first release are masterpiece, but they can always improve. I see some game where the first renders look very mediocre, but become way better as they progess. I think it's better to show Dev some encouragement, else they will think none will support them. That's why I always give five star to the first release that I like, even they have flaws
