No in that game there is a male protagonist only. He intended he's interested in games like that with female protagonist.
The problem with that game is the heavy use of ai-cg in my opinion, but the game itself is a sex-fight... I don't know why they keep the attack option in battle by the way.

Probably not. It's already a miracle this one got translated because the dev is a nutjob on top of hating non-japanese in general and being incredibly racist to certain groups specifically, lol.

Just gotta enjoy the game for what it is, as I doubt it'll ever officially come to the west unless DLSITE themselves convinces him, and even then, it'd still be censored.

What's the game? Either way, it could have just been him testing stuff out with official translations, or someone paying enough money for the rights to translate it.

That still doesn't change anything I've said though.
