I remember this comic from Heavy Metal magazine in the 90's

RE: Little Nemo parody: Not per se. The movie was based on an early 20th century comic strip about a little boy who dreamed up fantastic adventures, this is basically taking the same premise but a woman dreams up sexual situations.

I actually owned this one. - never thought I'd see it again.
I just remember being amazed there were comics for Adults, the book itself wasn't anything too memorable for me.

Wonder if I'll ever see the one with the pirates again...
