Impossible to say without knowing how far are you with other characters, but in situations like these just pick some other girl. The game will always have paths available unless it says you've done everything in this patch.
What will happen if i wish for everything will be undone from the artifact? Will the game end?

Since GalleryManager.rpy is changed each time a new version comes out, I wrote a simple script, that "should" work with every game update. (it is based on the devs code)

Yes, it works , ............ you down load it......... open it and put the file in game folder and it works
game.zip has 'game/GameManagers/GalleryManager.rpy'.
For example, if your game folder's name is 'LittleManRemake', GalleryManager.rpy's path is 'LittleManRemake/game/GameManagers/GalleryManager.rpy'.
Original game file's 'game' folder doesn't have 'GameManagers' folder. So you sholuld paste 'GameManagers' folder into game file's 'game' folder.
I thought that way too. Actually I don't know Renpy deeply so couldn't sure that way works so use deleting internet part. I think if that works at next version, I'll use that too

I feel like this has been answered a lot of times already, but you have to became the Messiah to buy condoms from the drug store. In order to become Messiah just start out with Bernice who can be found in the church by mornings.
