Not really. I'm at 50 with Mom, and 22 charisma and can't find out what else I need to do. I've tried talking in the afternoon and nothing happens. Did the "you got me wet" thing but that was it. I've tried her door at Daybreak but it's always locked. Helping with dishes does nothing even though it's supposed to give me 3 points.

Without knowing the rest of your Objectives completed, I'd say to continue the nightly "Kiss me" grind until you have 53+ (your charisma 22 is fine at this level). You then should be able to have other Objectives opened up: "You want a massage?" (use follow me and living room), "Talk02" in the kitchen afternoon, Then I believe you'll need 60+ for the "Can you help me?" Objective to open.
