How i unlock Maya , i read it has something with some killer that i need to see on Willow and/or gym but i tried all times of day of all days and nothing happens i have to do something before (i already did the quest line of lilly and gabsy, the only ones who lacks its alice , angel and linda)

You should finish all the characters' quests or at least Linda's, enter the house and read the newspaper where it tells you there's a murderer in the city, then go to Molly's house at night and to the gym at night, but you have to read the newspaper in the house no matter what for Maya's route to be activated.

How To Start Maya (police officer) And Angel's (the bully) Route: the best way is to complete the route of ALL the other characters in the game, after that you must first go in front of Molly's apartment at night and then to the gym at night, after that just go to the living room of the MC's house at afternoon to finally start the assassin's route too.

I know, it's still a bit late, but because of what happened in July, everything ended up being delayed, we're gradually getting back into the swing of things, and this month's build will once again have the standard amount of content. This build we'll have a remake of Linda's goodnight kiss scene, one of the first scenes made for the game, and it will be in the gallery, it wasn't before. And Lilly's chosen Carrot Elite scene, as well as an introduction of a new character... Anyway, I hope you like it, we still have a lot to develop.
