I'm having the same problem.

You can set it via right click on tray icon.

If tray icon doesn't show turn in on from:
Live Waifu Wallpaper\Live Waifu_Data\StreamingAssets\lww_tray_icon.exe

How do I turn off the live wallpaper?

After running this game,
now every time I open any unity game,
my Desktop mirrors that game.

It bothers me quite a bit.
