This unlocks both Extra in main menu and everything inside.
To install it just extract the archive and drop the content inside [Game Installation Directory]\haishin2_Data\Managed and select Overwrite if asked.

Additionally here are VirusTotal scans for both archive and it's content for those who are paranoid.
