Yes, it is a slow burn and you will not come to the stuff in a few minutes. Sexual intercourse is not implemented yet. But it's everything else than a "monotonous grindingfest with zero payoff". Sorry, but this statement is simple a lie.
I follow the game since it's start and yes, it had a few boring times, when progression seemed to stuck. Now there is more than fair amount of content available and on top the dev is talking to all the people, as soon you send him a message on discord. The service and the time inbetween he reacts on bugs is one of the best, I've ever seen...even for non paying audience. Paying audience gert a special service with a chat group of their own...waht makes it definitely worth to give some bucks to the dev.
All in all, service and game are much more than fair and a statement like that above is totally out of everything.
Stop giving her alcohol, so that she will heal from it. School Grades will rise slowly then.
Also take care of the laundry and the dishes for yourself and don't wait, till she comes home from school. Take care for proper food...fast-food all the time will make her sick and grades will drop.
All in all, the more you take care of her, the better the grades will be.

As far as I know, the gym has no effect yet, but it will raise stamina in further updates or something. For sister it has no effect. But please, don't take this answer to serious...it might be wrong or not completed...
To unlock any sexual activity you have to go on weekend events with sister. These are available at 25-45-80 trust. The first visit with enough trust for next event will unlock the next evbent and it will appear in your weekend event list.
Weekend activitys give you most trust points, to gather them on weekdays will not make much sense. Better try to find out topics to talk and keep her happy.
Bathing together will be available at around 200 trust and sister in a good or perfect mood. For this I'm not sure, can be possible, that bathing is available earlyer than 200 trust. I don't remember exactly....just check it out. Sister will refuse bathing together, as long as trust is to low.
You can do the laundry every weekday alone or at weekend together with sister. Just chhose the activity, when you get up in the morning, after sister left for school.
