A decent game, but quite long. Scenes are really good and the siutations are hot. Mia is kinda ugly though. Can get a bit tedious walking around the city sometimes. Probably wouldn't recommend, there are better games out there. 7.4/10

Game is well made with very nice graphics (besides freeroam graphics) and has plenty of sex content and other content too, story works but isn't anything marvelous (rarely story is great on adult games) and characters are quite interesting.

Only major drawback is RPGM engine since it isn't most stable which means that player needs to save often (and even that might not help) or replay a lot. Luckily for players developers remade this game on renpy and on that version has same basic story and only some sidethings are missing on extra scenes on renpy version (nothing biggie).

Love it since the very first time I played it and ever since continuously playing as the updates come out . A bit predictable but just the right way, and just as filthy as it needs to be. Really like it. Specially the interactions with the mom. Highly recommend it

A really good game, nice screens and animations. Story gets a bit weird sometimes but its a recurring theme in games like this lol. All in all I enjoyed it a lot, will be watching for a sequel for sure!

Living with Mia [Acts 1-3 v1.5 Full] [Inceton]

"Living with Mia," developed by Inceton, is a game that truly took me on an unexpected journey. At first glance, it seemed like just another run-of-the-mill RPG Maker title with a clichéd storyline and a main character whose sole purpose appeared to be satisfying his desires. However, as I delved deeper into the game, I was pleasantly surprised by the remarkable evolution it underwent, transforming into something truly special.

Let's talk about the initial stages of the game. To be honest, they were a bit rough around the edges. The story followed a predictable pattern, and the main character's behavior left much to be desired. The game also suffered from a rather frustrating technical issue—memory leaks. Every 20 to 30 minutes, I found myself forced to close and restart the game due to these memory-related problems. It was a bit reminiscent of the early 2000s Windows OS, and I began to question whether I should continue playing.

However, just when I was on the brink of giving up, "Living with Mia" took an unexpected turn. The developer seemed to have a change of heart, pushing the boundaries of the RPG Maker engine and embarking on a creative journey that breathed new life into the game. The most noticeable transformation was in the quality of the writing. It was as if a switch had been flipped, and suddenly, Mia and the main character became fully fleshed-out characters with depth, emotions, and relatability.

I can't definitively say whether the developer underwent writing classes or enlisted the help of a professional writer, but the difference was staggering. The once one-dimensional characters now had genuine feelings and motivations, making it easy for players to empathize with their experiences. This shift in tone and storytelling was the game's turning point and single-handedly elevated it from mediocrity to excellence.

What truly caught me off guard was the game's ending. Without giving away any spoilers, I can say that it left me emotionally shaken and brought tears to my eyes. To achieve such a profound impact through an RPG Maker engine is a testament to the developer's dedication to crafting a compelling narrative.

In conclusion, "Living with Mia" is a game that, despite a rocky start and technical hiccups, managed to win me over with its incredible character development and emotionally charged storytelling. It's a testament to the potential of indie game development and how a game's narrative can transcend the limitations of its engine. If you have the patience to endure the initial challenges, you'll be rewarded with a gaming experience that is not only memorable but deeply moving. "Living with Mia" is a hidden gem in the RPG Maker genre that deserves recognition for its transformation from an ordinary game to an extraordinary one.

While not perfect, I have to give this a 4.5/5 (rounded to 5).

Story / dialogue -- VERY good. You mostly play the male MC, but sometimes play his female target. The dialogue (and thought bubbles) between the two are very well done - just excellent writing. I laughed out loud a few times. And the antagonist is downright scary (in a psychological sort of way, not a knife-wielding way). The characters actually develop like in a novel, so their behavior seems consistent with "who they are." I only found one character (the father figure) to be annoying . . . which was probably the intent of the author.

"Game" play -- This is really a visual novel (VN) with some side stuff thrown in to add content / game play. And while the side stuff doesn't really contribute to the story, there are some clever / funny scenes to see if you take the time -- I'm talking about having the MC talk to nearly every NPC in the game (and actually get a response).

H-Scenes / renders -- Very good. My opinion may be influenced by the story - I'm typically not a fan of large-breasted / flat nippled characters, but I enjoyed these. And there are LOTS of H-scenes. LOTS.

RPGM -- I actually don't mind this engine. It isn't abused too much in this game (i.e. not a lot of wandering around for no purpose). And in Act 3 the dev added a "teleporter" in town so you can quickly move between locations.

Crashes -- BIG game that overwhelms memory, so it crashes at times. Save frequently. Probably the worst thing about the game.

Annoyances -- there is a bit of a lack of clarity on a handful of things. I've added a post (page 209) to help with these things. Says something about how much I liked the game that (1) I forged ahead despite the annoyances and (2) I bothered to share solutions in the forum (I'm not big on that).

Play it for the H-scenes, complete it for the characters / story line.

The mixture of the creators' attempt to make the story more realistic, the fact that the plot is full of loopholes, and a terrible sense of humour just made this game somehow less playable than those which are just purely fantasy-focused.

For several acts, I thought that the author had run out of ideas. He made us wander around playing silly minigames. However, the ending is serious and shows interesting and profound character development. I like it. And both Mia and her Mother are very attractive.

It took some time to realise, to see it, to feel it.
It started like "fuck everyone" but now im sitting here with some tears (dont judge me).
This RPGM game amazingly created - you dont need any walkthrough or something, maybe only for some sideline quests.
Now about best parts of the game - story, dialogues, characters development. Game got great renders with amazing emotions and mimics.
Im glad that its gonna be Act 4, i hope it gonna be as good as last update was and game overal. There is only couple of games that gives those feelings. You want to know is this game any good? Then try it by yourself - i think that you will not stop with Act 1. There is midnight and i got that feeling, like after ending of great book, but i know there is gonna be next chapter of the sory i loved so far, that leaves me with some good feelings. GJ Inceton, you created one hell of a game with clinging story. Thank you!

Overall, this is an okay game, but you have to take it for what it is: a porn game. If you're looking for story elements that aren't strictly driven by sexual desire, this game might not be for you.

It essentially starts off with you wanting to fuck your sister, Mia, and will try all the tricks in the book to do so. Mia, being your older sister, hates you (as in all of these games), but eventually ends up being to horny to resist. Having played Melody, DMD and other similar games where everything revolves around slowly building a relationship with the main female character, I at first had problems with Mia and MC starting to fuck. As Alita below me says, there isn't much in terms of a credible reason for them doing so. However, after you just accept that this is the case, there is a tonne of super hot content and great sexual action, that is well worthwhile playing for. I also think that there is a lack of games centering around creating porn (in the game that is), but Living with Mia does this in a great fashion.

Other than this, I think all the characters look amazing, especially Mia, which also makes the game great to play.

While I, as many others, prefer a Ren'py VN over RPGM, there isn't too much of an issue with this in Living with Mia, as it is obvious and explicit most of the time where you need to go. Sometimes, again as Alita said, you have to run around trying to find things, which is quite annoying but also manageable.

Either way, I recommend trying this game out for it's beautiful characters and great sexual content.

it's very bad game, you can not consider a game the whole story is linear and very bad is like "my sister is a slut and i am horny so we started fucking" without love, without romance, or a single credible reason for how the relationship begin.

I play it because I like Mia's model and I really tried to like it, but she is a slut that goes to bed with everyone who can, a doctor abuses her just to prescribe a pill and she does not notice anything out of the ordinary?

In addition to terrible mini-games and the tedium of an RPG like the one that goes around the map and buys the meat but on the way you lose your wallet, you look for the wallet and you find out that it was taken by some children and you have to look for the children to play a minigame to recover the wallet but you no longer have money so you need to play another minigame to get money and go back to home, and all that does not add ANYTHING to the game but it consumes you 30 minutes

My recommendation would be if you have not played it, do not do it, it's not worth it.

It is not really a game, more a story you have to walk through with nearly no chances at all, to really interact or change it. Especially in part 3, you will have a really hard time, if you are not in some story arcs, like father/daughter or mother/son. There the game had lost me, what is a shame, because it started promising and some things, like mini-encounters on the map had improved and were indeed funny.

It's relatively decent though some of the situations are kind of nonsensical which takes a bit away, at least for me. In my opinion, the rpgm isn't nearly as bad as some say, though I would definitely agree renpy would make things way better. Overall, pretty solid though

Great game! It has a ton of content lots of animations and renders.

All I can say is amazing, amazing, amazing!
Truly a game wort playing. Id say over 10 hours of entertaining sexy content. With lots of twists and turns.

Also the people that you can talk to in the city are hilarious!

    Renders: 10/10
    Animations: 10/10
    Story: 10/10
    Gameplay: 10/10

    Great game give it go!

Review based on Act 1,2 and Act 3v1.4 Full:
a lot of main-story content, few sidequests, and a lot of "easter eggs" (by talking to people in town) which are sometimes really funny. Overall the game has given me about 10 hours of gameplay fun right now. Even the main plot is not finished at all, its really fun to play and you got a lot of action. The renderings and animations are nice - of course they are not the "top-ones" like in some other games, but good enough to enjoy and not to hurt your eyes. For me its definitive worth to play and i will stay on the updates!
i just recommend to save a lot, because there are crashes and you may have to replay lot of content if you dont have a nearly actual savegame!

i really considered about giving 5*, but i cant, because 5* would be the best outcome, and there are still some things to improve (crashes, renderings and other minor stuff) - i would give 4,5, but as this is not possible i have to give "just" 4 stars

nevertheless its "no question" that i had to put it on my "list of games worth to play" (see my signature). Its more worth than other games which made the way on this list earlier.

Review on Act 3 1.5Full: everything is a improvement on Act 2 Still no scene replay feature.

All NTR is completely avoidable :)(y) just don't do the side quests as Mia and it will never happen also for the people that like that stuff you get access to it very early on just interact with the items in Mia bedroom as Mia the game will alert you to it.

    Review on Act 2:

The optional - In the way that you don't need to do them in order to continue the main quest but as a result there will be content that you won't see most likely sexual content I don't know because after trying for quite a while I gave up - mini games in this which unlock secret content are extremely difficult and will probably caused you to Rage Quit.

I ran into several game breaking bugs throughout my playthrough if you do some stuff out of order it just fucks up the game also the game sometimes saves itself in save slot 5 so keep that one free because it would just override your save.

The game has a good story with good dialogue and some good scenes but unfortunately no scene replay feature.

There is some borderline NTR - - (Not NTR but close to it) - - but from a person that hates it the gap is enough that it didn't annoy me or turn me off.

    Good parts
    1. Renders in full HD
    2. Sexy girls
    3. A lot of sex plus some good animations
    4. It has a lot of Easter eggs- (secrets) plus a lot of images to collect
    Bad parts
    1. The game crashes a lot so that is why there are a lot of saves every 3 min
    2. The animated scenes can't be skipped so most are 20-30 sec but some are over 1 min where the angles of the scenes are changing and scenes that go slow, medium, fast, cum and you have to go from slow to fast but if you go from fast you still need to see the other ones can't skip it.
    3. No plan for the side story it is there just for NTR and the start is really weird
    4. Small text mistakes like using the name MC and not our own name and some mistakes when we are other characters like the father but the game text it is telling us like we are playing as the MC.
    5. I think we need to make our own actions and not follow the developer it is his game but our gameplay.
    Edit:
After playing the final update of episode 3 i think that episode 1 and 2 are done much better. The story is more simple and there is much more character development but that does not mean that episode 3 was bad but some parts of how the story was moving or what were the actions the main characters were taking especially Mia were mess. Episode 3 was much longer and had a lot more sex scenes but for me it became a plain porn game but it had it's moments
    Final score 4/5 (For now)

This is the only RPGM game I'm playing, Love the game, the sex scenes are good too, Mia scenes are great, but she is a bit behaving like a slut now, which is not a huge problem, Character in overall are really great looking, the mom looks like an actual milf :D

If you like RPGM games you should really try this one.

Very tedious, linear game with non-existent game-play. You go to point A,B...Z, at each point the character says something , and you may see some pics with low effort dialogues . This game could be done in Visual Novel form to save all the boring running around since this is basically a kinetic visual novel anyway. The art is OK, but there is nothing else that is decent about this "game".
